How McSEA Integrated Services / SYNCWAVE collects and uses personal data in connection with this website and related services.

  • Account / enquiry data — name, email, company details, phone, role, and messages you send via forms or email.
  • Service / financial data — invoice-related data processed through connected systems (for example accounting platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks) when you are an onboarded customer, solely to deliver the SYNCWAVE service.
  • Technical data — IP address, device information, and logs as needed for security and operations.

  • Responding to demo and contact enquiries
  • Synchronization with the NRS e-invoicing platform (customer service use)
  • Service improvement and customer support
  • Legal and regulatory compliance

5. Data sharing

We may share data with:

  • The NRS e-invoicing platform, as required to deliver the service
  • ERP / accounting vendors relevant to your integration (for example Intuit), as needed for connectors

We do not sell personal data.

  • As long as an account or active customer relationship exists
  • As required by Nigerian tax and other applicable law

This marketing website does not store ERP passwords or API secrets in page source. Credentials for live integrations are handled in the separate SYNCWAVE runtime under customer onboarding controls.
